​FAIRS AND EVENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
By checking the box and submitting your Fairs and Events Stand Holder Booking Form you agree to the following T&C's. 

Once you have completed and sent us your booking form, payment will be required by the payment deadline given to you on our confirmation email. Failure to pay within this time frame will result in your booking being cancelled.

  • General - All displays, banners, rails etc must be displayed within your allocated space and must not block exits, walkways or cause any health & safety concerns. Please be considerate to the stand next to you when setting up. You must not pack away until the end time of the event unless it is an emergency and you have spoken to us. If you pack away early without speaking with us you will be excluded from any future events.
  • PLI - All stallholders are responsible for having any Public/Product Liability Insurance in place. This is your responsibility, not the organisers. At certain Fairs & Events we may require copies.
  • Food Stands - Food Sellers must have their Hygiene Cert & Hygiene Rating displayed at all times. You will also be required to provide copies of these and we may require further documentation such as Gas Safe Cert, PAT Test, Risk Assessment etc, depending on the type of food you are providing.
  • Trade/Retail Stands – You may only sell the products you have listed on the Booking Form. However, you can promote your whole business on your stand via literature, talking with customers, taking orders, displays, gift vouchers etc. For outside stands - you are free to bring a Gazebo, but this must be no wider than the stand/pitch you have booked.   
  • Pamper/Treatment/Service Stands – Treatments/Services must be confirmed with us prior to payment. However, you can promote your whole business on your stand via literature, talking with customers, taking future bookings, products, displays, gift vouchers etc. Advanced Bookings – We will allow and promote the fact that all Treatment/Service Providers can accept advanced bookings, however we ask you to leave some appointments free for walk-in customers please. Anyone who takes advanced bookings for ALL appointments will be excluded from any future events.
  • Outdoor Attractions – Depending on the type of attraction you provide such as Inflatables, Fairground Rides etc you will be asked to provide copies of certificates such as ADIPS, PIPA, RPII etc as well as a Risk Assessment.
  • Electric – if you have booked a stand with electric, please note you must provide your own extension lead.
  • Ticketed Events – if you have booked a stand at a ticketed event you can only have a maximum of 2 persons on your stand/pitch.
  • Refund/Cancellation – If the event is cancelled by us full stand/pitch refunds will be given. If you cancel once you have made payment, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
  • Day of the Event – You will be sent all details regarding setting up, packing away, parking for stallholder vehicles etc 1 week before the date of the event.
  • Rubbish – all rubbish must either be placed in the designated bins or taken away with you. Your stand/pitch must be clear when you leave.
Fairs and Events reserves the right to refuse applications without reason.
We will do our best to help with any special requests, but this cannot be guaranteed.
 
Anyone who does not comply with the above Terms & Conditions will be excluded from future events and may be asked to leave during the event
